Welcome to Canonté! By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site or making a purchase.

1. General Conditions

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

2. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and up to date. However, we are not responsible if information made available on this site is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. The material on this site is provided for general information and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.

3. Products and Services

All products or services are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or reject any order at our discretion.

4. Ordering

When placing an order, you must provide your name, address, email address, and payment details.
Payment is only charged once the item has been shipped to you.

When your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation, which serves as your receipt.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation, giving you access to your order overview.

5. Shipping

Shipping is free.

Delivery time within Denmark is 1–2 business daysFor orders placed after 12:00, the delivery time is extended by one business day.

Please note: During SALE periods (e.g., Black Friday) and around public holidays, delivery time may be up to 5 business days.

If an item cannot be delivered as stated, we will contact you within 2–4 business days.

Once your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation, which serves as your receipt.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with access to your order overview.

Canonté cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

6. Free Gift or Similar Campaigns

If a FREE GIFT is offered, the gift is added to your order when purchasing any product. Free gifts are included as long as stock is available.

A free gift cannot be exchanged for another piece of jewelry or for a store credit.

If you return your entire order, the free gift must also be returned. If you choose to keep the gift, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refunded amount. If the value of the gift exceeds the total value of your returned items, the refund will be withheld until the gift is returned.

Only one gift per customer is provided, as specified in the shopping cart.

7. Discount Codes

Discount codes used during campaigns cannot be combined with other codes or gifts.

8. Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased in the webshop are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

Gift cards are sent via email within 24 hours of purchase — every day of the week, including weekends.

9. Newsletter Subscription

By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive emails from us in the future.
If you have not received the confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

10. Social Media

We reserve the right to delete spam and unwanted comments on our social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Posts may also be removed if they are no longer desired on our channels.

11. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day return and withdrawal right for items purchased in our webshop.
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging or box.

The return period begins on the day you receive your order.

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Please remember to include the completed withdrawal form in your package.

Refunds will be issued to the payment card used for the original purchase. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you have received a free gift with your purchase, please note: If you return your entire order, the free gift must also be returned. If you choose to keep the gift, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refunded amount. If the value of the gift exceeds the total value of your returned items, the refund will be withheld until the gift is returned.

You are responsible for ensuring the item is properly packed. You carry the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.
We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery (COD).

You cannot withdraw from your purchase simply by refusing to accept the package without clearly notifying us.

12. Right of Complaint (Warranty)

A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with Danish consumer law, covering manufacturing and material defects that occur under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage or wear caused directly or indirectly by incorrect use or lack of maintenance.

Complaints regarding defects that should be discovered through normal inspection must be reported within 14 days. The item may then be returned by agreement, after which it may be exchanged, credited, or replaced with a gift card depending on the situation.

For warranty cases older than 14 days, the item may be exchanged for another product or a gift card may be issued.

For complaints, you can contact us by email with a photo of the item and proof of purchase.
This may be a receipt, order confirmation, or order number. We will assist you as quickly as possible!

13. Complaint Procedure

If you wish to file a complaint about your purchase, you are always welcome to contact us by email — we are here to help.

You can file a complaint electronically via the Complaint Portal at Nævnenes Hus.

To file a complaint, the item or service must have cost at least 1,100 DKK and no more than 100,000 DKK.
For clothing and footwear, the minimum amount is 720 DKK.
A processing fee applies.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. It is your responsibility to check for updates periodically.
